Assisted Living Fees/Rates

At The Carolinian, you will never pay large upfront buy-in fees or be locked into a long-term commitment. At the time of move-in, residents submit the pro-rated rent for the month of move-in and that is all!

Our Assisted Living program supports a resident’s ability to stay as independent as possible by offering assistance with activities of daily living as needed.

The Carolinian’s Assisted Living is unique by charging one flat monthly fee of $3250 for a studio apartment home. Our cost does not change as your level of care needs increase.  This includes all utilities (except telephone and internet).
