At The Carolinian, you will never pay large upfront buy-in fees or be locked into a long-term commitment. At the time of move-in, residents submit the pro-rated rent for the month of move-in and that is all!

At The Carolinian, our full services independent living monthly rate starts at $1980/month for a Studio apartment.

Part of living Life Simplified is all the extras we offer complimentary, such as:

• apartment maintenance

• weekly light housekeeping

• chef-inspired meals offered two times daily in our dining room, we offer a continental breakfast

• scheduled (local) transportation

• creative activity programming

• cable television and basic utilities (except for phone service)
